Release & Receive: A Healing Transition into the New Year - Week TWO , January 17, 2026, IN PERSON
This January, join a 4-week yoga series designed to support a gentle yet powerful transition into the new year. Release & Receive invites you to let go of what no longer serves you and intentionally receive more of what you truly need—physically, mentally, and energetically.
Each 90-minute class weaves together traditional yoga postures, breathwork, energy awareness, and lymphatic and fascial practices to help move stagnant and blocked energy, release stored tension, and regulate the nervous system.
This practice supports the release of stress, toxins, mental clutter, and limiting habits, while creating space for clarity, vitality, and positive shifts in your life. You’ll also learn practical, accessible tools for moving energy and supporting your well-being—many of which can be used anywhere, at any time.
Open to all levels, this supportive 4-week journey offers a grounding, healing reset so you can begin the year feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself, and to others as well.
No yoga experience is necessary.
You don’t need to be at each class, but it would be great to get these practices and techniques into your muscle memory, so you are invited to try the class more than once.
If you want to come in person once or twice and then take the class online the other weeks that is totally fine! And vice versa.
In-person attendance will require pre-registration as we have limited space.
The in-person classes take place at my store, the speckled alder in Stockholm, WI. The store is closed for the season so we will have the entire space to ourselves to sink into the practice without distractions.
Online classes are through Zoom and you will need to register by 8:00 a.m. the day of class to get your link to attend.
You will receive helpful handouts after each class.
Bring a journal or a notebook to jot down highlights, notes, and for end of session downloads.
Feel free to stay for a bit afterwards to enjoy some tea, conversation, and shopping. I have my I Am Illuminating skincare and wellness products on the shelves at the store. Winter is DRY, and my products help keep you HYDRATED and HEALTHY! This is a great time of the year to experience all of their amazing properties. We also have a great deal of our artists’ work and crafts in the store still so you can shop that too. It’s your own private shopping time.
Cost: $35 per 90 minute session in person, $25 online.
Receive 15% off for the 4 week series in person, or online. Will be calculated at the time of sale. No code needed.
Dates: These are all Saturdays, January 10, 17, 24, 31
Time: 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Location: the speckled alder store, W12098 Hwy 35, Stockholm, WI (We have space for 9 people.) OR, online: you will receive a Zoom link before each class.
INCLEMENT WEATHER NOTICE: If you have registered for the in-person class and there is inclement weather (heavy snow, ice, below zero weather) and the instructor decides to cancel that portion of the class, you will be offered the option to take the class online or attend a future in-person class.
If you take the online class, which has a lower fee, you will receive the difference of the class fees as a refund back to the original method of payment.
